Williamson County

Memorial Tree Program

A Williamson County Tree Program has been established for local residents interested in planting a tree in memory or in honor of a loved one.  The Parks and Recreation Department will plant and maintain native species of trees at designated areas throughout the Williamson County Regional Park.

A donation of $100.00 is requested for each tree.  Upon receiving a request form and contribution, the County will select and purchase a tree and plant the tree during favorable planting conditions.

In addition, the family members of the loved one will receive a certificate signed by the County Judge suitable for framing.  The name of the person will be inscribed in a Williamson County Memorial Registry located in the office of the Director of Parks and Recreation.
