Recommendations are based on federal funding and are subject to change.

Williamson County has been awarded a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding allocation of $1,107,839 to successfully support community development and affordable housing efforts for low and moderate-income areas throughout the County.  On April 24, 2012, Williamson County Commissioner’s Court approved the proposed allocation of these funds and approved alternate projects for funding that may become available do to cost savings, slowdowns in a project or the inability of a project to be completed.  Please note that alternate projects will be listed in no particular order and will list the maximum amount of funding that could potentially be allocated.
In accordance with HUD regulations, the County encourages public participation to review and comment on the proposed projects; individual comments and responses will be included in the planning document.
